Stolac is a town in Bosnia and Herzegovina, located in southern Herzegovina. It is a municipality of the Herzegovina-Neretva Canton in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Population of Stolac back in 1991

In 1991, the municipality had a population of 18,845, of which there were
8,393 Bosniaks (44.5%),
6,113 Croats (32.4%),
3,912 Serbs (20.8%),
312 Yugoslavs (1.7%)
and 115 others (0.6%).
The town of Stolac had 7,177 residents: 66% Bosniaks, 18% Serbs, 12% Croats, 3% Yugoslavs and 1% others.
